Alpahirt is operating in one of the most challenging sectors in e-commerce - food. They have been running Google Ads for over 2 years, barely breaking even. The budget was spread among too many products and keywords.
Alpahirt sells traditional Swiss meat products that you can enjoy with a clear conscience. Their animals live long, fulfilling lives in the Swiss Alps, their farmers are well-paid, and their products contain no artificial additives, making them the most sustainable, ethical, and healthy meat choice.

We set out to make Alpahirt's advertising efforts profitable. Our strategy focused on elimiating waste and doubling down on high performing products and keywords, as well as geographic regions. To ensure to take advantage of seasonal flukes or sudden trends, we deployed an algorithm to always push the best performing products, while excluding money burners.
Alpahirt's performance max campaigns never recouped their money until we stepped in. We used a customized google ads script to regularly determine the best products to boost with budget. We also excluded geographic regions with high costs but questionable value.
With a lot of historical data to pull from, we deployed another script helping us analyze the search campaigns data to eliminate the least cost effective search terms damaging both bottom line, and some even the brand itself.
