The Challenge

Tates recently underwent a major rebrand, and their new, fresh design needed to shine across every channel, especially in their Klaviyo-powered email marketing. Their previous email templates and flows were rushed and didn’t do justice to their vibrant new identity.

Design Meets Performance

We didn’t just update the look; we elevated the experience. By blending Tates’ beloved style with email marketing best practices, we revamped their birthday flow. The results? A click rate skyrocketing from 2% to 18%, placed order rates jumping from 3% to 7.5%, and a 75% increase in revenue per recipient.

Personalized Upselling

Tates’ community-first vibe was the perfect match for our revamped abandoned cart flow. We leveraged Klaviyo’s customization features to create tailored upselling opportunities, offering customers the perfect products based on their journey towards free shipping. The impact was massive: revenue per recipient shot up by 263%, click rates improved from 1.2% to 9.8%, and placed order rates surged from 1% to 6.5%.
